Our Process
Maize Processing at Limwelo Stores
At Limwelo Stores, maize undergoes a quality control process that includes sampling and laboratory testing, measuring moisture content, physical inspection for damage and foreign materials, and testing for harmful aflatoxins.

Moisture Content Measurement
The moisture level of the maize samples is measured to determine their dryness.
Proper moisture content is essential to prevent spoilage and mold growth.

Physical Observation is Also Carried Out
The maize undergoes a physical inspection to identify any damaged, broken, or foreign materials.
This step ensures that only quality maize proceeds to processing.
Processing Maize Grain
The approved maize is processed, which may include cleaning, shelling, and grading.

Processed Grains are stacked waiting for Loading
The processed maize is then packed in the warehouse for distribution or sale.
